How do I start/stop my subscription?

Subscribe from the Toy-Rx Hub page. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

Your Roadmap data is saved. You’ll regain full access if you resubscribe.

Can I speak to a therapist/expert?

Yes—book the Play Clinic consult for a 1:1 consult with Dr Esther. We’ll tailor a plan or build a custom capsule if needed, based on her recommendations.

Is this medical advice?

No. Our tools are educational and skill-building. For clinical decisions, please consult your therapist or pediatrician.

When can I expect the toys after payment?

In-stock capsules usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Unopened capsules can be returned within 14 days. Opened/used items aren’t eligible for hygiene/safety reasons.

We use a core set of high-impact toys; the Game Plan changes by goal so you can build multiple skills with one kit.
